This section is another one of those sections that could be “The Extra 2 Minutes”, but it shouldn’t be. It should be standard practice for any salesperson that is asking for someone else’s time. We are all concerned about having our time wasted. Why would you think our prospects are any different? The more you can show them that they aren’t wasting their time to meet with you, the more meetings you will book.
If you want to take things to the next level, add a video. Adding a video message to your meeting confirmation creates a bond that would not exist. You don’t need to make it long. It should only be about a minute long. Let them see your face. Let them remember you from the drop you did with them. Let them begin to visualize doing business with you.
